30-day Guarantee

Returns

For your convenience, we provide a full 30 day return policy. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase was made, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange regardless of the item’s condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.

In addition, we require a receipt or proof of the item and date purchased.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will inform you of either approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for the return to make it into your account.

Exchanges
We only replace items if we have made a mistake on your order meaning that you have received an item other than that which you had originally ordered. If the item received is not the item requested, you may ask to exchange the product for the correct item. To do so you can send us an email at 
thriveheirloomseed@gmail.com requesting an exchange and providing details regarding why the request is being made. If your request is accepted, you will be provided with instructions for returning the product at the seller’s expense.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 15 days please contact your bank to see if there are any transactions which have not yet cleared for your account.

If you have waited the 15 days and contacted your bank yet still have not received your refund then please contact us at store@thriveheirloomseed.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will be notified of the return.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If the value of your item warrants shipping insurance, please consider purchasing it. It is advised that you use a trackable shipping service when making a return in order to be sure that the item arrives at our warehouse as intended
