Shipping policy
Please be advised that while we strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days we cannot, for various reason (such as order size and warehouse stock levels), guarantee that all orders will ship within that time frame. Please keep in mind that orders are processed during normal business hours. That means orders placed after 5:00 pm will not be received until the following morning. Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Fridays and orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be received until the following Monday. In addition, Standard UPS Ground Shipments will not be delivered on Saturdays or Sundays (dependent upon your location).
Our Location
Our warehouse is located in Glenn, California. All shipments ship from this location.
Order Tracking
When an order leaves our facility the customer will receive a tracking number via e-mail. This number may be used to track the progress of the shipment by going to the UPS website and entering the number provided.
Shipping Options
- USPS First Class Mail — Standard USPS mail. 1-3 business days. (envelope only, not boxes/packages).
- UPS Ground— Up to 5 business days. (envelope and box/package).
- UPS 3 Day Select— Up to 3 business days. (envelope and box/package).
