Common Chervil is an annual herb. It is sometimes referred to as French parsley or garden chervil. It is a delicate plant with curled leaves and a flavor similar to that of parsley.  Most often grown and harvested as micro greens.

Chervil requires even watering and the soil must not be allowed to dry out. These delicate plants grow best in a greenhouse or other sheltered area. Generally planted in shallow trays or on flats. Sprinkle the seed over the soil so that they are approximately 1/8" apart. Firmly press the seeds into the soil and cover lightly with a sowing mix or vermiculite.
